What is a stanza?
A stanza is a division of a poem consisting two or more lines. It is arranged together as a unit and be compared to a paragraph in a prose. Some poems may have only single stanza or some of the poems have many stanzas. As we take an example of any poem as; ‘On His Blindness’. This poem has only fourteen lines and this is a sonnet. The stanza structure often repeats in the poetry.
